YOUR DATA Your entries are encrypted on this device and never transmitted. We cannot read your entries — architecturally impossible. Your monthly letter is generated entirely on this device.

WHAT WE DON'T COLLECT The Unsaid does not collect, store, or share any personal information.

DATA PROCESSING DETAILS All journal entries, pattern data, and monthly letters are stored locally on your device using AES-256-GCM encryption. Voice recordings are stored as audio files protected by iOS's standard on-device file protection. The encryption key is generated on first launch and stored in your iPhone's Keychain. We have no servers and no ability to access your data.

The app does not communicate with any external servers, analytics providers, advertising networks, or third parties of any kind.

Monthly reflection letters are generated entirely on your device using local pattern data. No content from your entries is ever transmitted.

Apple's standard payment processing applies for in-app purchases. Apple's privacy policy governs that transaction; we receive no information about you from purchases beyond an anonymous purchase confirmation.

YOUR RIGHTS Because we collect no personal data, there is no data to access, export, delete, or modify on our end. To delete all your data, delete the app — your encryption key is destroyed and entries become unreadable.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY If we ever change how the app handles data, we will update this policy and increment the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be disclosed in the app.
